🔁 Complaints and returns policy for products offered on the "Bubin Kutak" website
We try to ensure that every product we send is made and packaged with special care. However, if there is a problem, below is the complaint procedure.
When can you file a complaint?
If you received a damaged or defective product
If you received the wrong product
If the package did not arrive within a reasonable time, and you have a confirmation of payment - contact "Pošta Srbije" in order to find your package
How to file a complaint?
Send an e-mail to bubinkutak.handmade@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment
Attach photos of damage, packaging and product
Describe the problem and send the order number
What next?
After reviewing the complaint (within 5 working days at the latest), you will be notified of the following steps:
Product replacement
Refund
Agreement on a negotiated settlement
Refunds are not possible:
If the product has been used
If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product and you have not informed us during that time
If the damage is caused by improper handling on your part.
